Saw Samuel was elected as Associate Secretary of the General Conference in June 2022. He serves as liaison officer to the Northern Asia-Pacific Division, the Southern Asia-Pacific Division, the Southern Asia Division, and the West-Central Africa Division..
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree from Spicer Memorial College in Maharashtra, India, a Master of Arts from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, and a Doctor of Ministry from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies in Silang, Cavite, Philippines. He served in Thailand and the Philippines, prior to coming to the General Conference.
